Driving Directions to Halcyon Heights B&B/Inn Call us if you have any problems! (907) 235-2148 Please note that many on-line maps, including Google, and even some GPS equipment may be wrong! Some maps have shown us on the other side of the bay! (We're not!) You must follow our directions or call us. Don't rely on your computer! If you're driving into Homer from Anchorage, Seward, Cooper Landing, Kenai, or Soldotna, you'll be driving south on the Sterling Highway. After stopping to admire the view, continue down the hill towards town. Turn left on to Lake Street (left is the only way you can turn) at the only Signal in Homer. It will be after you pass Safeway, Wells Fargo Bank, and the Post Office on your left. Watch the speed limits. Continue on Lake Street until you come to a stop sign with a flashing light. Turn right. You are now on East End Road. Drive about one mile. Be sure to watch the speed limits! Turn left onto East Hill Road. Go up the hill approximately 1.6 miles. Not far after a second sharp right turn in the road, you'll see Mission Road on the right. Turn right. Proceed down Mission Road approximately a quarter of a mile. Halcyon Heights B&B/Inn will be on the left side of the road just opposite the Alaska Bible Institute. Turn left into Halcyon Heights. There is plenty of parking at the rail. Park head in. Walk up the front steps to the front door and ring the bell. We'll be excited to greet you and help you to find your room. Check in is from 4 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Please do not come early without making prior arrangements as it is likely we won't be ready for you. And PLEASE CALL if you're going to be late! We really do worry about all of our guests! If you're too late, we might assume you're not coming! Be sure to call and let us know how you're doing! Actually, you can even call us to say you're on time! We're looking forward to seeing you! | ||
